Because he is easily the most adorable thing EVER.

Lion-O from the 2011 Thundercats reboot. Which is actually really, really good.

I tried a different coloring style, what do you guys think? Is the 'painty' look more me?



I never really watched the original series simply because I never got into it, but I gave this a chance and I love it! I like all the characters so far too, even the lead female which is just really unusual for me, and the character designs are simply fabulous.

Seriously, Cheetara's just kick-ass.

Lion-O does it for me though. I adore him no end. He's like Donnie; I love all the other characters, but I've latched onto him the most. He's kick-ass, protective, naïve, pretty, mechanically adept.... need I go on?

Anyway, I figured he needed some love from me so here's a very pretty Lion-O for you all go squee over.
